+ DO I NEED TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?+

Atoir ships from Melbourne, Australia so if you’re an international customer you will be responsible to cover the customs & duties in your own country.

+ WHAT CURRENCY IS VISIBLE ONLINE?

All retail prices online are charged in AUD. 

+ DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We offer 14 business day returns on full priced items. To view our full Returns policy click here.

+ I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

Please contact us with your order number and a picture of the fault. Once we receive your email we will arrange a replacement or refund.

+ I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact us with your order number and incorrect style. Once we receive your message we will ensure you receive the correct style.

+ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the items you ordered are in stock (and not pre-order), your order will be dispatched on the same business day if placed before 12pm AEST. After this time your order will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods or promotional events there may be delays on dispatching your order.

+ CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed after you place it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to have the best chance of changing any requirements.

+ HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details.

+ AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF IT RETURNS?

Go to the product you wish to keep track of that is sold out, click the ‘EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE’ button. Enter the size and colour you wish to purchase, your name and email address. We will then notify you when this product is back in stock.

+ HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

When we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for out team to process this return.

+ HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

All products are displayed in Australian sizing. If you are an international customer, you can use our conversion chart to find your size here.

+ HOW CAN I PAY WITH AFTERPAY?

At the checkout, select Afterpay as your chosen payment method and click ‘COMPLETE ORDER’. You will be automatically redirected to the Afterpay portal where you can login or create a new account.

+ CAN I USE MY 10% SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT CODE WITH ANOTHER CODE?

Unfortunately the checkout only allows for one discount code at a time per order.
